So for no real reason, I felt like creating a realistic looking island with a big villa on it. the main island is done but I’m only halfway done creating the villa. I would like to know your people’s opinion on the build so I can take the advice in mind and improve it furthermore.

its a bit too bright honestly, and darken the white walls a bit possibly? (just my opinion)
Very nice! However, I’d say to lower the saturation in some of your colors, especially the lighting; it’s nice but I think a lighter color scheme would do it wonders. Also, perhaps leaving it with more space to achieve a more open and welcoming feel to it.

Hello! It looks great, but some of the textures look a little out of place and some clash with each other. My main issue is with the bathroom, in which the textures go straight from brick, to a little too dark tiles - it almost looks like a prison/horror game. Other than that, looks amazing. Keep it up!
