Back in 2014 I built this village house and it was the first model I believe I’ve ever made. I just wanted feedback on it and a price if I were to sell it, but I don’t plan on doing so.
Note: When I built it I didn’t plan on anybody walking inside, but it does have a small inside to it.
If I were to buy this, I’d buy it for 50-100. But it isn’t as nice as some other builds ranging at that price, but it definitely could be sold for that.
I’d say 150-200.
The exterior is actually decently detailed along with the roof. However there are some slight sizing issues with the wood supports, as these aren’t event placed (though I doubt a lot of players would care).
For a first build this is very impressive. I think that more props would help make it look a little better, perhaps some vegetation around it too. But again, the biggest thing is just the overall neatness of it. Try to make things equal and tidy.
The colour choices are also fine for this build.
