Since you’re asking for feedback, I feel like they both look good it really depends on what your using it for including a certain game or a little project.
The first one looks fine already I highly recommend filing the little gap underneath the x button Ui so that it could look a little more appealing. If the UI is going to be left like this I would try to at least creating other design options and choose which one you like in your case you could pick and choose and see which one looks good to you. Whatever suits your liking. Overall, it’s not bad I feel like this kind of question can be answered yourself and see which one you feel like is best.
