.AVI should be replaced with ‘Video’, so it’s ‘Home Video’, unless your purposely designed it like that
(This is from what I’ve seen from other VHS stuff, other than that, can I see a video of it?

Great effect, you should add a play triangle somewhere in the “PLAY FILE” text like in this:
If you’re using text and not images, you can find some special text symbols online which usually work in Roblox, like this Unicode character: 
(I tested this one just now and it works for me, found it on Wikipedia). For some reason it’s showing up as an emoji, it really looks like this:
If it doesn’t work it’s called Black Right-Pointing Triangle in Unicode
I watched the video, I love the found-footage-like style it has! The buzzing is a bit loud though and might become annoying.
And a suggestion, you should add the occasional random glitch-like effect every now and then, like a small buzz and flash that is different from the constant ones, but not too obnoxious. I think that would be more immersive, I’ve seen it in some VHS tapes.
I also think adding a kind of ‘squelch’ noise when transitioning in the menu or for similar actions would enhance the style, something like one of these
I think I’ve heard them in tape use before, though it’s more often from radios.
