Hey ya’ll, currently in progress of making a basic investing game.
I’m completely newbie in regards to coding, but I’m trying to make it so it goes back to the start at one point.
I was curious what stuff I could add and concepts for stocks. If anyone has a good enough name, I’ll put it in.

So far I have a single stock line, and that’s it. I plan on having ~25 stock types, so feel free to chip in ideas and company names. I was also curious on a lobby design and stuff, and if anyone wanted to chirp in a few dollars to help out with development.

Current stock ideas are:
BTC - Byte Transaction Currency (Crypto)
MSCO - Mōtāzukanpanī (Automotives)
CMS - Commodore Marketing Services (Financial)
EAE - Eastwood Aerospace Engineering (Aerospace & Defense)
NWI - National Weather Industries (Utilities)

You forgot the best company to add!

Hint: We develop on it. :wink:

I’d probably add major companies as well, like Amazon, Tesla, Apple, and Microsoft. Just make sure to change the names.

Tesla = Besla

Apple = Pear

Microsoft = Rosoft

These are so cheezy. :joy:

I think this is a good idea to teach younger people about the stock market. Just don’t let it become one of the typical simulator games like saber simulator.

OFC.
I don’t plan for it to be a “shimulatur” game where it’s plain old.
I do have some ideas for purchases & stuff, but gamepasses aren’t a big thing I plan on. I really intend to get funding from others, and or use a system where you can bolster the market or downgrade it.
