I really like the design of this! For possible improvement, you could change the wheels to a darker yellow/brown and change the material to stone

Yeah this is definitely out of Skyrim, but this wagon needs more damaged planks, and I would even go as far as to suggest using a custom wood texture

It looks good but this wagon needs more damaged wood and I can even recommend using a special wood texture.

In this picture I see a bit of cloth on the side, so maybe add a bit of cloth in the wagon.
