The school one reminds me of piggy, I like it!
hmmmmm, well, if youre a noob at the stuff, I must say you did a good job sticking to it and not giving up. The main issue is that it is simply too bland. For the hospital, put down couches, chairs, benches, monitors, tables, etc you would find in a reception area to make it feel less empty. Adding those will allow you the ability to control how decayed it is. Also, posters on the wall/ writing would help, as well as cracks perhaps or exposed brick/ windows.
For the school, some lackluster inspirational posters on the wall could help brighten it up. Also im not too familiar with modern schools that have hardwood floor.
For the lobby, it is too plain, there is just grass around, and a couple of plain buildings, I wouldnt be able to discern which building is which. Add some character too them/ characteristics on the outside which you would typically see on them. Also add some trees and such. I think that the attempt to make physical grass blades does not look particularly good.
Looks good and not too detailed! reminds me of a Flee the facility or as @ekuz0diaa said a piggy map. Nicely done!

For a new Builder and Scripter, I am honestly amazed. You have done an excellent job despite calling yourself a “noob”. To echo 1up31, I want to congratulate you for your determination. The build is fairly large even though it is very simple. Okay, to the constructive criticism:
The primary item that is unpleasing to the eye is the windows and how they bulge out. Yes, some windows have window sills though the glass itself bulges out! A simple fix yet it would improve the build so much more.
I suggest using wedges for the roof. Roofs in real life are specifically build to prevent unwanted objects to build up on top of buildings since it would obviously cause several problems.
The paths could be replaced by terrain or individual pebble-shaped parts for realism. Though you could leave it.
I’m just going to add something if you have not done already. Add an invisible barrier around the map to prevent players jumping out.
Keep up the great work!
Looks nice! I suggest you to add a little bit more details. Keep up the great work!
I’ll work on that!
Thanks for your feedback
Oh no wrong video, i have 2 vídeos names the same lol. Btw i cant upload the right video
Why does it keeps posting the same video
Thanks for your feedback!
The Windows are actually a Photo Frame model that i made last year lol, i just added a part and scaled it.
I think it’s a good idea to add wedges at the roof.
3.I really like the paths. Look this picture:
I added an invisible wall, also it’s Impossible to jump them, i think… (No video, sorry)
I like the maps but the lobby looks very boring there’s many things you could add for decoration
It looks good!
One thing I would change is the planks on the boarded up door, maybe try to vary the planks by setting them at an angle, rather than having them all go in a straight line, like they were quickly up.
good stuff!1
in the first two images i suggest that you should mess around with the lighting a bit to make it a bit more realistic and add to the atmosphere. some little details on the walls/floors/ceiling wouldnt hurt too
