Feedback to the Architectonic Plans for my beautiful theme park

I was planning to build a enormous park with realism and better optimizations, and yeah that shape and the things makes me inspire a on a real park with that name on my town (not an real themepark)

NOTE

The red dot has like 1 meters or 4 studs so that only dot would compare how big is this amusement park.
All the exteriors would be sand because it’s gonna be a fictional park located in Peru and its 42km more to the southeast.
The way I can only just optimize this is by union parts and parts that have the same color and shape as a group, so they merge to 1 instance so they can prevent lags.
These green areas they also can be grass and foliage

The idea is not bad, and it sounds not bad, but in the game what do you need to do? Is the game for atmosphere or for learning the passage?
