[FEEDBACK] WIP Abandoned House

Hey everyone, this is an abandoned house I made for a game I’m working on with my friend. I’ve tried to include loose parts that look like they’ve fallen off the house, graffiti, mossy wood, and some more. I hope you enjoy and maybe you could give me some tips and feedback? Have a great day!

also, the windows on the inside have some wood boards covering them

It’s good but 1 thing that doesn’t make any sense is that the frame shouldn’t be on the ground but at the door part, the part where I circled Blue is where it should be. The red is the door which should be on the floor. Sorry for the bad wording.

Looking good!
I’d suggest changing up the color of some of the wood planks making out the exterior walls. Along with that, try adding some moss hanging off of the roof to give it a really old look. This will help this house look forgotten.

IF THE HOUSE WILL BE PLACED IN A DESERT:

Maybe remove more of the roof and part of the walls. Stain the windows a tan color. Both if these features will help the house seem as if it has been through rough sand storms and a hot, deserted desert.

The build looks here and there, but from my point of view the house doesn’t look that abandoned it looks like a week or days the house been sitting there. You should follow how many years, weeks or days it’s been left without no human activity keeping it from getting ruined - run down.

I think this would look more abandoned if you placed small foliage to your scene such as grass, rocks, vines, trees. Add parts on the ground depending on how long it’s been there you could add rusted objects pipes porch items with it so it could stand out more. With some cracked pieces throughout the building as well!

Otherwise lastly, I would suggest you add trees that went through the building maybe add parts here and there cracked - shattered windows just to make it look more realistic. I would play around with the different selections to capture whatever approach your wanting!

This is great, but the 3 of the window frames look as good as new.

This is a fantastic build which resembles what abandoned houses should be like. I think the interior requires some abandoned furniture to show that once upon a time this was a home where someone used to live here. But overall this work is amazing. Keep the great work up!
