Feedbacks and suggestions on my GFX

Alright, so I made a profile picture for the commission, and i couldn’t get much resources for the lightning and editing, and i don’t use Photoshop or photopea
I use them in mobile and i need some suggestions on what I should improve, thank you!

Honestly, I find nothing to improve. It’s insane. You are a very great artist lol, I can’t even dream of something of this quality for my game’s icon…

If I really need to give criticism on something, I would say that it’s a bit weird that the coin is in the hand, and the horns looks like 2D, but it’s really almost nothing, your work is great.

I wish your talent to become even better, have a great day!

Yeah here are some suggestions :

  • Make the materials less bland by making roughness to 0.8, specular to 0.3<, and metallic to 0.6

  • Increase saturation and/or contrast to make the colors pop (make sure to also tick the filmic view transform to standard to get true colors instead of washed out ones).

  • Get references to make the poses more lively and less stiff.

The stuff I listed above can be done in blender’s compositor or main render settings.

If you’re looking for an editing software that’s free and does really well
try getpaint.net

Now, for the positives!

the piece itself looks great and if we pin down a specific price range (although isn’t the end all be all) I’d say 150-500R$

The background has a lot of interesting elements within but I wouldn’t over populate it because it’d overwhelm the observer.

Lighting is fine but I’d keep trying to hone in the way of making characters more noticeable and get less washed out from the background.

Great stuff overall 7/10.

This is sweet, but it looks like you stole it because I saw it a long time ago, and I say honestly that this is YouTuber, so you stole the picture, I’m sorry but I’m say HONESTLY.

it’s insane… you even add robux icons which makes it 50x better

Oh if you are talking abt the robux icon thingy, which is in background, so yeah it’s found on Google

Let’s be frank @1k_SimonePlayz

Yeah, i know I have no idea how to move the coin in the exact position like you know what I mean, but thank you very much for the feedback!

Speak to me in your language and I speak my language

you usually gather references and poses from watching media
being movies and shows (preferably animated in 3D)

say transformer’s prime, samurai jack, enter the spiderverse and some like dreamworks’ stuff. It becomes a more look into “how the animator did it” instead of “wow cool frame”

other type of suggestion if you want to pin down a pose is by taking a picture of yourself doing the pose that you imagined and have it side by side.
