Global In-Experience Rules

Feline Fine Productions is a highly informal indie game studio operating under the brand of CatzRule Ch. made up of volunteer developers creating Experiences on Roblox as a passion project. These global in-experience rules apply to all Experiences operated under this studio, and have been constructed to help protect community safety and civility on the Roblox platform.

Protected Experiences

These rules apply within the following list of Experiences. All players of these Experiences are expected to follow these rules while playing.

Rooms: Found Footage

These rules don’t actively apply to some Experiences listed since those experiences are currently closed to the public but we don’t talk about that, shhhh

Community Moderation Note

We rely mainly on community reports to moderate our games. If you spot someone breaking these rules, please join the Discord server responsible for that game and report them to a member of our staff. You can find these servers in the Social Links section of a game’s page, provided your account is Ages 13+, as shown below:

Don’t forget to also report other users who are breaking the Roblox Terms of Use and/or Community Guidelines via the in-game report function. Regardless if action is taken or not, you are doing the right thing by reporting users who break the rules. Thank you for keeping Roblox, and our experiences, safe and enjoyable for everyone!

DISCLAIMER: Experience Specific Rules

Some experiences may have specific rules outside of these global guidelines that apply only to those select experiences. In these cases, the rules of those experiences shall be applicable in conjunction with these global guidelines, and you are advised to also read through them as well.

Additionally, note that some experiences may, with or without notifying players, enforce further rules via an in-game anti-cheat system. Attempting to bypass or get around these additional measures is prohibited under the Roblox Terms of Use and you will be moderated for any such attempts. Feline Fine Productions does not and will not disclose details regarding its anti-cheat systems for security reasons.

A. General Rules

These rules apply to all above listed Experiences:

At all times, follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards. These rules apply to all experiences on Roblox, not just ours. Violation of these rules is not tolerated, and you will be moderated for breaking these rules. Reasons you could be punished under this rule include, but are not limited to:

Bullying, harassing, or discriminating against other users in any form.
Exhibiting any form of threatening or predatory behaviors, regardless of the target of these behaviors.
Intentionally spreading blatant misinformation about the Roblox platform or our Experiences.
Using cheats or hacks (also called “exploits”) to gain an unfair advantage in-game, or for any other reason.
Bypassing Roblox’s built-in text chat filtering system.
Using inappropriate avatars in-game, for any duration, for any reason.
Providing to Roblox an incorrect birthday on your account to gain access to Experiences rated Ages 13+ without parental permission.

Please keep the chat clean. Do not spam, troll, rage bait, or perform other similar actions that serve no purpose other than to clutter in-experience text or voice chats.
No free content will be given. Do not ask or beg for free in-game content such as access to admin, game passes, or other similar items, be they paid or free. This rule is not enforced during “Mod Trolling Mondays” described below.
Impersonation shall not be tolerated. Impersonating any other user, regardless of their popularity or status within a given Experience’s community, is not tolerated and will lead to action being taken against you.
ABSOLUTELY NO inappropriate avatars are permitted. Users with inappropriate clothing that is meant to bypass the Roblox Terms of Use will be asked to change their avatar to be more appropriate. Refusing to change your avatar’s clothing or continuing to use inappropriate avatars will lead to an instantaneous and non-appealable ban from any relevant Experiences.
Within certain experiences, Feline Fine Productions may collect users’ age or other PII (“Personally Identifiable Information”) before permitting them to join an Experience. This action is permitted by Section 11 of the Roblox Creator Terms, and is done to keep our games safer by protecting younger audiences. However, asking other users in-game for their age or other personal information is not permitted and will land you punishment.
Do not attempt to argue with staff. Do not expostulate or excessively proclaim “you didn’t do anything,” “you haven’t done anything wrong,” or anything along those lines when a staff member is asking you to stop doing something, or is otherwise moderating you for any valid reasons.
If your avatar is not wearing pants, moderators are allowed to kill you at their discretion. Yes, this is an actual rule. Dress appropriately.

If you believe a moderator is abusing their powers, please reach out to Catz by any means available to you. Should the action(s) taken against you appear genuinely abusive, action will be taken to set things right. You can report abusive moderators and/or administrators in any Discord server associated with Feline Fine Productions by joining them from the “Social Links” section of a game page, as shown below:

B. “Nexus Avatar System” Usage Rules

Some Experiences protected under these rules utilize a custom avatar system, known as the “Nexus Avatar System.” This avatar system is separate from Roblox’s built-in systems, and makes customization on a level not provided by Roblox’s built-in avatar editor available to users, within reasonable limits set by the developers of Feline Fine Productions. However, some elements of the Nexus Avatar System may potentially confuse or scare younger audiences, and may make other users uncomfortable. Therefore, while using the Nexus Avatar System in-experience, please follow these regulations:

Misuse of the Nexus Avatar System for the generation of inappropriate content is ABSOLUTELY NOT TOLERATED AND WILL LAND ANY USERS INVOLVED AN IRREVOCABLE PERMANENT BAN FROM ALL RELEVANT EXPERIENCES. Bans users receive for this reason are NOT APPEALABLE.
Certain areas may modify the appearance of Nexus avatars temporarily while users are within them. Attempting to bypass these regions, whether entering or exiting, to utilize restricted avatar clothing and accessories as part of normal gameplay is not permitted. In extreme cases, you may receive permanent bans for violation of this rule.
As mentioned previously, certain aspects of the Nexus Avatar System may be uncomfortable for some users. Utilizing this fact for harassment is not allowed and will result in action being taken against your account. This also ties in with the other rules.

If you ever feel uncomfortable, remember that you can leave the game at any time. No one is forcing you to do anything. Just remember to have fun!

C. “Mod Trolling Mondays”

Every Monday from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, moderators restrictions on how they can interfere with gameplay are significantly lessened. Keep in mind, moderators are not allowed to ban you for any reason they wish; “Mod Trolling Mondays” are just fun events where people with god powers are free to utilize them in despicable ways. Watch your back and expect the unexpected, you’ve been warned!

D. Discretionary Moderation Action Policy

Feline Fine Productions operates on a solely discretionary system of moderation. There is NO set system for warnings before punishment and NO set punishments for breaking certain rules. The only exception to this policy is the punishment for using inappropriate avatars, which is listed above as an instant ban.

This means that all punishments are issued solely at the discretion of moderation staff. Moderators in-game also possess the ability to if and only if within reason remove or otherwise inhibit your access to Experiences that are protected under these guidelines, even if you were not breaking the rules.

E. Regarding Ban Appeals

If you believe your punishment was not justified, or if you wish to appeal an action taken against you by our moderators, you may appeal via any Discord server affiliated with Feline Fine Productions. Again, you can find these servers in the Social Links section of a game page, provided your account is 13+. You may not appeal a ban placed on your account if you are under 13 years old.

Temporary bans lasting less than 3 days cannot be appealed.
Purchases of in-game content with Robux do not exempt you from the rules nor entitle you to a free unban. Same goes for any/all applicable off-platform transactions.
Your account is your responsibility, unless you have indisputable proof we will not accept any excuse about unauthorized account usage.
Please ensure you are requesting a ban appeal from the correct Discord server. For example, if you are banned from Rooms: Found Footage and attempt to request an appeal via contacting the moderation team of Warzone 162 Evolved through the Omniverse Administration Department instead of Catz’s Public Sector, you will not receive help.
You are not allowed to request a ban appeal on behalf of another user, unless that user under 13 years of age or is banned from the Discord server the appeal is being requested from.
Do not use the “it’s legal in my country” excuse. Feline Fine Productions and its owner CatzRule Ch. are both based in the USA, so if what you did isn’t allowed in the USA, then you did something wrong.

Bans from Discord servers such as Catz’s Public Sector are handled separately according to the guidelines of those platforms.
