Welcome to Fervent!

Fervent is Roblox’s very first Hot Pot restaurant that allows players to customize their own pots. Our name is derived from our passion for creating a spicy and flavorful dining experience. At Fervent, our diligently crafted dishes will surely bring heat and extreme flavour to your taste buds.

Discrimination of any kind is prohibited.
Advertising other services which include but are not limited to commissions, groups, and Discord servers is prohibited.
Swearing is allowed when it is not directed towards someone.
Attempting to find loopholes around these regulations is not permitted.
Spamming or chat flooding with text or emojis is not allowed.
NSFW content is not allowed which includes bypassing, or inappropriate attire.
Follow ROBLOX ToS at all time.
You must dress your avatar with appropriate attire.
Exploitation of our systems or hacking is not allowed under any circumstances and results in a blacklist as well as permanent ban.

Before proceeding to the application verify your group meets the following requirements. Exceptions can be granted for member and server count only. The decision to allow an exception is up to the discretion of our Corporates.

Affiliate Requirements

Your Roblox group must have a total of atleast 7,000 members,
Your Discord server must have a total of atleast 750 members.
Your establishment must have an active and dedicated community, including the games.
Your group must not free rank any individuals or sell any ranks that grant admin permissions.
We require a minimum of two representatives per group to ensure there is sufficient communication between both groups.

Once you have verified you meet our requirements or your exception was accepted please formulate a Google Document with the following information. Once done forward it to a member of our Corporate Team for reviewal.

Affiliate Application

Please provide the name of your group, along with the links of your Roblox group and Discord server.
Please describe the genre of your group and why Fervent should form an alliance with the group.
Please provide at least two representatives that can remain up-to-date with any updates or events within Fervent.

Upon sending to a Corporate Member results will follow 2-3 days later. You will be notified regardless of the final results of the poll. If it has been longer please request an update from a Corporate Member. Further information about the affiliation will be provided upon passing.

Kitchen Master Promotion Guide

To become a Kitchen Assistant at Fervent you must have the Kitchen Master rank. When working as a Kitchen Master you will need to meet the following requirements. Unfortunately, we don’t allow exceptions to these rules.

Must not have safechat enabled on Roblox
Must be a member of the Discord server and be verified in it
Must have a positive reputation within the industry including our affiliated groups

If you meet the requirements above, you are eligible to work up into a management position at Fervent. To advance further review the following requirements below

Must be a Kitchen Master for at least 7 days. We want our management team to be familiar with the cooking and serving systems. Therefore, we expect them to spend some time serving and cooking.
Spend at least 20 minutes a day in-game. Although we understand you may be busy with real-life responsibilities we expect you to spend some time on the Fervent game each day to show you’ll be active as an MR.
Have appropriate greetings and outro when serving. We want our Kitchen Masters to show their creativity skills with their greetings. Additionally, greetings allow us to see one’s dedication to a group.
We require all Kitchen Masters working up to use English. Grammar is not required, although, if you use it it will help you get noticed quicker. We welcome users from all different backgrounds, but we want our MR team to be fluent in English so they can properly communicate with the majority of our community.
Do not actively look for management members in servers, work as normal. Avoid entering servers with many MRs as opposed to servers with none. Our Shift Coordinators can check activity and performance when not in the game.

We strive to give a wide variety of individuals a chance to join our wonderful management team. When the time is right a promotion can be earned! We encourage you to not give up as you may be closer than you believe.

Rank Statistics & Criteria

The following section will cover all of the ranks and their respective duties here at Fervent. If you have any questions regarding ranks, feel free to ask an Executive Member.

Leadership Team

The leadership team is solely in charge of the group’s operations as a whole, as well as development. This division typically manages the group as a whole.

Corporate Team

The corporate team manages our two departments, relations and staffing. This team collaborates to get the tasks done that keep our group on it’s feet.

Management Team

This team is in charge of training sessions, supervising the lower ranks at the restaurant, and helping to keep the Discord server active. This team works closely with the Kitchen Staff team as well as the Corporate Team.

Kitchen Staff

This team is in charge of serving customers. With having the opportunity to pick between being a server or a chef, these individuals keep the restaurant operational and ensure that customers are pleased with their experience.

Session Schedule

At Fervent, we require our Staff Members to attend a quick 10-15 minute training session in order to inform our staff members of how to properly function their roles at the Restaurant. Training sessions take place at our Training Center and we offer a plethora of different opportunities throughout the day to train for your new role.

Keep in mind, training servers open at X:55 and will close at X:10 providing a 15 minute window to join the server before the session commences. If the server is full, the host will commence the session early and you will have to join another server (if available). We will not unlock the server if you join late. In the situation that you disconnect, you will be automatically granted access to the server for 2 minutes before the server locks again.

After attending and passing your training, you’ll be required to rank up by earning spice which is our in game currency for staff members. You can track your spice by checking the spice tab at the top of your screen.
