The area is loosely based on the real-life Otsuki area southeast of Tokyo but the mountain pass and town is entirely fictional. Here is a map of the course:
Steep and curvy hairpins, sweeping roads, climbs, tunnels and drops characterize the mountain pass.
The town of Kabukara is still under development. It’s a small village at the bottom of the course and it includes a gas station, car dealership, vehicle mechanics shop and various other shops.
