I’m trying to fill the gap between these 2 wedges. I tried gapfill, everything any advice?

i spent the last 20m trying to size it down

Use a stud grid that you like, then redo the wedges in the grid size and fix it like that!
I can see from the image that they arent even aligned perfectly with the part anyway.

Maybe you can make unions with negative parts?
Use a cornerwedge.

Rule of thumb:
NEVER BUILD WITH SNAP TO GRID TURNED OFF
It is only acceptable to do so when you’re placing props that don’t need to be positioned precisely
