I also saw this people doing these emojis to bypass the filter.kids are the most using this emojis.like some kid typed me bad words and he thought he was roblox chat bypasser leader.
I want to bump this post and state that this is still happening and it hasn’t been filtered. Users are still using this method to bypass the Text Chat filter. They always use regional indicator symbol.

Theres also a small issue with people using symbols/emojis to do specific logos
