Filter for "People Search"

Often enough, I had trouble remembering a username of someone and was stumped on how to find them, I think there should be some sort of filter to tone down the amount of results that show up.

Perhaps if they are wearing a certain item, you can input that item under
“Is wearing: ItemName” Or something like that…

Suggested filters
-Membership Type (BC, TBC, OBC)
-Search by owned or worn item
-Support of prefixes (Have an option to enable prefixes or not… Not even sure if this is a possibility.)
-Maybe even filter Roblox Staff members as well

Any thoughts?

Say, did you eventually find that guy you were looking for? If the people search is stumping me, I sometimes have success using google and searching:

site:roblox.com VagueUserName or a game they made

I was able to find him, a friend had to help me out though… He used Roblox + to search the limited he was wearing.

Also, wild card would be really neat!

I know it’s been 7 whole years since this topic was made, but I really wish that there could be atlest some type of filter in place that could be used to goof around with certain things. Ones that I would personally use would probably be:

  • display names/usernames
  • online/offline statuses

We need a filter for display names/usernames.

For use cases, an example is below. Builderman isn’t shown at the top of the list, despite actually having the username whereas the other players are using a display name. I assume these players might be botting their profile views to get it up there, but if anything that makes this filter needed even more.

You can argue that the real Builderman has a verified icon, but that doesn’t apply to users, even some big developers, without one, or for any non-developer.

When I only know the username of a player, or if I only know their display name, I should be able to filter out one or the other to help find them, instead of having to dig through a mess of both.

Or just a “Recently Played With” list, that just shows the players who were in servers that you were also in
