[FilteringEnabled] Players not killed when falling below baseplate

Repro steps:

  1. Create a place
  2. Set Workspace.FilteringEnabled to true
  3. Join the place in online mode
  4. Jump off the baseplate
  5. Observe that your character gets stuck, but never respawns

Expected behavior: Player respawns when falling below a certain threshold.

The same thing seems to happen with parts themselves.

I just made my game FE and was about to post this.

No wonder I never respawned when I fell out the map of a FE test place. :stuck_out_tongue:
