Find All window not appearing

Reproduction Steps
Sometimes the Find All window will not show until I restart studio. Using the shortcut or pressing the UI button does not open the window. I’m on studio version 0.490.0.4900359 on Windows 10

Expected Behavior
The window to show

This field should be optional in the bug report menu

Actual Behavior
The window doesn’t show

This field should be optional in the bug report menu

You are NOT. After 3 years, I am still experiencing the issue.
