Finding the perfect scaling of a Heightmap

I recently tried to imported a heightmap, but the result was very very bad:

I want to know how can I remove all the peaks for make a smooth terrain and a aesthetical one.

Yea it’s a terrain but we can do with mesh ?

Yes we can do with mesh but it’s time consuming and requires some plugins.
Plus it will make your game low poly like.

Best thing I can suggest is just playing around with some different resolutions till you find one that works, it may take time, but will guarantee you have a result that you like.
