Looks pretty good! My suggestions, Add a drive through, most banks have them… Add some more windows to the empty sides. And lastly, the bank text and logo look very sharp and stick out alot, Maybe make it thicker and closer to the wall.

Looks pretty good. Maybe try replacing this part with a crosswalk?

Great work!

Notes:

  • Make sure you add a front door (lol)
  • I recommend at least one other door in the back of the building just for realism’s sake & could give you some ideas for your interior ^
  • That ladder seems a bit too unrealistic… though it depends on what type of game you’re doing. If it is a robbery game, then it could work out. It seems too obvious as if its intended purpose is to encourage you to get on the roof.
  • I love the trash can in the front! Small details really do matter.
  • Maybe look into making a few different cameras for the bank. This could add some realism to your build.

Great work! Keep it up!

Thank you slide probably will, just looking to build a portfolio!

Lol I do actually have a front door, Its in that little indent.

That part is actually a parking lot back there.

:sunglasses: First comstumer! Thank you for the feedback!

I think that might have just been the angle, unless I’m not understanding what you meant.

I was beaten to it but certainly it could use some cams

It’s a lovely build however! Perhaps try squeeze in some specks of colour like a few flowers/berries on the bush/grass?

Yeah def, only problem is I have 0 blender knowledge:(

It could litteraly just be dots/spheres/cylinders on the bush! If that matches the level of detail you’re going for

The bank is pretty detailed not gonna lie! The effort put into this is pretty nice, especially the rooftop having solar panels and ventilations!

Here is some additional stuff if you don’t mind opening it:

Feedback.
  1. I recommend enabling the “Use2022Materials” in the MaterialService, it REALLY enhances the textures next level!
  2. Try changing up the sidewalk color and material into something like “Dark stone grey” and “Concrete” material. I personally don’t really think Cobblestone fits well and the yellowish but over all, it’s still good though.
  3. Try to add some security cameras around and inside the bank to make it look like it really is watching.
  4. I think some more props on the parking lot area would be helpful since the parking lot looks kinda boring, and maybe fencing it around would help the parking look more like one.

Obviously none of these are required and I hope you kind of get the idea of what I mean with these suggestions.

What I really like.

What I really like is the fact that the rooftop is just well detailed with solar panels, ventilations, and I don’t know what that cylinder prop is but it fits well! :grinning:

Other comments/compliments

Keep up the good work! Blender is not necessary for your builds unless you’re building something that requires high poly, realistic props. (That’s pretty much my assumption for blender as I also use it to create house props if I can normally do it in Roblox Studios) :hammer_and_pick:

Hye Epic thank you for the feedback!

First off I would like to thank you for revealing to me the new textures ( Image Below) I think they look great!

Also to the cylinder on top is some type of Satellite thing.

New Project

I started a new building what do you think?

Glad I helped you with the 2022Materials! Additionally, the material choosing is also nice!

Another suggestion is that you should configure the lighting like this:

You can configure the lighting itself but the Bloom, Blur, ColorCorrection, and Sunrays are like the extras.
Lemme explain how these 4 work:

Bloom

Bloom: It makes the glow stronger on neon parts, the higher intensity = stronger and the lower is the opposite

Blur

Blur: Makes the whole screen blurry, this also affects bloom which kind of ruins it so I don’t recommend blur above 2

ColorCorrection

ColorCorrection: You can change the tint the screen in any color or make it brighter or darker, and some others like contrasting, saturation, and brightness

Sunrays

Sunray: makes the sun either brighter or darker. Recommend configuring it in the run session before making final changes.

There’s also 3 more that I don’t often use.

Thats actually a great idea thank you!
