From the looks (and sounds) of it, you’re using Drumbit, a free drum machine/sequencer. Although this isn’t anything like a serious attempt at a song, I would suggest looking at some other software if you actually want to get deeper into music.
Now for the content itself: like others have said in your previous post, there is no rhythm at all. The notes sound like they’ve been randomly placed.
One way to get a good beat going is to define the rhythm with conventional instruments; that is, kick and snare. Try adding them on the first beat of every measure, or where you see the 1, 2, 3, 4.

Next, you might add in some hi-hats, a lighter instrument, on every other beat.
I suggest checking out the demos to analyze them and maybe changing them up.
Anyways, there is definitely room for improvement. Keep it up!
