Thank you for the report. We will not be making an update to this face right now. We are not updating aesthetics for any items over 6 months old. We looked at the original from March 2016 and the updated one from January 2017. The update was made to sharpen the texture, as well as fix artifacts that appeared at the sides of the mouth. Some users like the current look.

Thank you for the report. We are not making aesthetic updates to any Accessories older than 6 months at this time so we can prioritize high impact bugs. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

However, keep in mind that they said this because they are prioritizing other impactful bugs. Once these problems are resolved, they will most likely review it as they were not entirely discarded.
