Hey,
I first have to say that you did well with the guy there and the background color. The red in the background makes people who go through their roblox sites actually notice it as the red contrasts and makes people notice it.
On the other hand, you need to keep in mind that there are a lot of people on roblox and that they can steal your work. You haven’t used a watermark and you haven’t put your name at the top or bottom for credits! It’s a normal thing to do and you should too to level your work up.
Additionally, you should maybe add more writing. I personally think that ads which have more writing are more attractive as they just give you more detail (especially when actually giving detail as there are so many that use false ads to get more clicks). So at the top I would write something like “Sell drinks” or “Join Today to get to Work” or anything else like a slogan or something that’s famous in your cafe.
The Ad itself is great only maybe these small detail!

Thanks for the quick response. To start off, I like your concerns and everything. I have noticed that I did not put a Watermark, I will be adding Watermark’s to my other GFX’s. Secondly, In this type of GFX, You wouldn’t have much writing because there wouldn’t be space to actually show the character. I will keep that in mind though.

Lovely Ad GFX. I love the color contrast and choice of character. It really stands out and is very pleasant looking to one’s eye.
I’m not sure what happen here though, did the arm detach? Or is that the hand that is barely visible?
Look’s quite stunning as a GFX though! I bring the “Cookiez Cafe” text higher and put a slogan under that text or put some text above the character head. (Bring the character render down so the text doesn’t cover the face) But the GFX just like how you made it is perfectly fine. Quite stunning 
Don’t forget to add a watermark though!!! People can crop this.

As for the arm though, There is a full render showing what happened to it.
This is the full render, The arm was not set to be detached but to make it “pop”. For the watermark, Yep I will add that in to my next renders and I will add a bit more text to them.

Amazing I suggest adding a watermark to that full render as well though 
(You should edit your comment with a watermark version before anyone could steal it) Amazing render though
