Looks good in my opinion, would b great for some phasmophobia like game.
Only thing I’d change, is the roof texture in all rooms, the kitchen and second floor rooms roof texture doesn’t really fit, since it’s roof tile texture for the outside. The second texture in bathroom and the other room don’t really align (gives me itches).
Other wise solid build! I like it.

I would go with wood planks, quite usual for houses. You can try looking at your surrounding rooms for reference/how they use materials.
This build looks excellent! Great job on it! I rate it 9/10! It is detailed and nice! How long did it take to build this?
It didn’t take me that long; I spent two hours a day on it for five days.
