PBST:1C Code of Conduct

Hello, and welcome to the First Company! The First Company, implied by its name, is the first major regiment of the Pinewood Builders Security Team. This handbook will go over general information(ie; ranks and their requirements), how the First Company conducts itself during raids, during patrols, in training, and evaluations. The First Company fears no evil.

Section One: General Information

I: Ranks

Cadet: The beginning rank within the First Company, we all start here.
Officer: Members who have passed evaluation.
Senior Officer: Officers with more experience, and have been more active.
Elite Officer: Those who are most dedicated to the First Company.
Honorable Veteran: Retired members who have contributed a lot to the First Company.
Patrol Officer: Officers with clearance to host and lead patrols and raid responses.
Assistant Instructor: Instructors in training. Don’t quite know the ropes of hosting trainings, but that’s what training is for. Have clearance for leading raid response.
Instructor: Host trainings and lead raid response.
Developer: Develops First Company assets.
Supervisor: PBST Trainer+. Advise the commander, but do not have clearance to train, host patrols or host raid responses.
Command Board: Heads of departments of the First Company. If the commander is not available, their word goes.
Commander: Oversees all conduct within the First Company and makes the final call on decisions.

II: Rank Requirements

Cadet: Starting rank.
Officer: 20 points, maintain 3 activity points. Officer Evaluation.
Senior Officer: 80 points, maintain 3 activity points.
Elite Officer: 140 points, maintain 3 activity points.
Honorable Veteran: Handpicked by Command Board+
Patrol Officer: 200 points, microphone. evaluation done by Instructor+
Assistant Instructor: preferred 600 points, handpicked by Head of Skill Development.
Instructor: preferred 600 points, voted in by command board.
Developer: Handpicked by Head of Development.
Supervisor: Trainer+ rank in PBST
Command Board: Handpicked by the commander. Obvious leadership skill preferred.
Commander: Handpicked by previous commander.

III: Activity Points

Activity points are reset every week, and are only awarded for attending trainings, patrols or raid responses. Required to maintain any rank below Honorable Veteran and above Cadet.

IV: Skill Points

Skill points are awarded for attending trainings, raid responses and patrols. Required to achieve any rank below Honorable Veteran and above Cadet.

Section Two: Guidelines

I: General Guidelines

  • Personnelle of rank Assistant Instructor and below are required to wear the First Company uniform while attending any event as First Company, unless the uniform is not available(ie: personnelle in question does not own the uniform or does not have donor commands(!shirt and !pants)).
  • PBST handbook is applicable if personnelle is using PBST tools.
  • Conforming to in-game official rules(ie: spawn killing and mass random killing) is mandatory.
  • Abuse of admin commands at any First Company facility is prohibited and will be met with a point reset.
  • Mutants and TMS are automatically on KoS(Kill on Sight).
  • Destruction of Pinewood facilities is prohibited unless given explicit permission from Command Board+
  • Follow official raid guidelines(ie: No switching sides).

II: Cadet-Elite Officer Guidelines

  • Do not conduct yourself in a demeaning manner while on duty(ie: making your skin black and putting on a man face and asking where Tupac is).
  • Do not be full of yourself. When higher ranks give you criticism, it’s usually a good idea to take said criticism.

III: Patrol Officer-Instructor Guidelines

  • Patrol Officers are required to request permission to host a patrol or raid response.
  • Abuse of admin commands will result in severe punishment. Punishment to be decided by the command board.
  • Assistant Instructors are required to request permission at least 12 hours in advance to host a training.
  • Assistant Instructors must wear the First Company uniform during raid responses. If the Assistant Instructor in question is attending as PBST in order to get weapons, they are required to wear the First Company badge(if Assistant Instructor does not have enough money to purchase a badge, 5 robux will be given to the Assistant Instructor to buy the badge)
  • Toying with admin commands in a public server is not allowed and will result in punishment.

IV: Command Board Guidelines

  • Wear a badge or uniform where possible while attending/hosting events.
  • Do not toy with admin commands in public servers.
  • Help the commander, you’re command board for a reason.

Section Three: Event Conduct

I: Trainings

  • Minimum of 0 points and maximum of 5 points with assistants getting 6.
  • Give bonus point to attendee who displayed the best performance
  • Maintain discipline of attendees.
  • Uphold guidelines pertaining to trainings.
  • Distribute points fairly.
  • Consult with Command Board+ about point deductions.
  • Attendees are not allowed to wear super large hats.
  • Instructors have absolute control over observers and trainees even if the observer/trainee in question is a higher rank than them. Only exception is kicking and banning if the observer/trainee is a higher rank than the instructor.

II: Patrols

  • Maintain discipline of attendees.
  • Minimum of 0 points and maximum of 6 points with assistants getting 7.
  • Give bonus point to attendee who displayed the best performance
  • Uphold guidelines pertaining to patrols and raids.
  • If a raid occurs during your patrol, move your patrol over to the raid server.
  • Report attendees who disobey direct explicit orders to instructor+
  • Guide your attendees well. The First Company does not win with numbers, it wins with coordination. We are not here to simply be used as a resource to increase numbers to swarm TMS.

III: Raids

  • Maintain discipline of attendees.
  • Level 1 raids reward up to 5 points.
  • Level 2 raids reward up to 7 points.
  • If raid level is not specified, the attending officer can decide how many points to award.
  • Give bonus point to attendee who displayed the best performance
  • Uphold guidelines pertaining to raids.
  • Do not allow yourself or your attendees to act in a toxic manner(ie: Insulting/threatening other players).
  • Personnelle cannot attend as both First Company and PBST during the same raid.(Personnelle are allowed to do what’s required to acquire pbst tools, but must wear a First Company badge if possible.)
  • Fear no evil.

Section Four: Evaluation Guidelines

I: Officer Evaluation

  • Cadet is expected to follow the guidelines without guidance of the evaluator.
  • Cadet is expected to win 3 or more gamma sword fights out of 10 between the cadet and the evaluator.
  • Cadet is expected to know basic training commands(Faces, SFL, STS, March, Halt)
  • Cadet is expected to show adequate discipline.

II: Patrol Officer Evaluation

  • Evaluee is expected to have a microphone.
  • Evaluee is expected to uphold patrol guidelines during their eval.
  • Evaluee is expected to give attendees enough instruction to where they are not confused about what they should be doing.
