First Flip Animation, Feedback Please

I would love some criticism on this animation I created recently, this is my first attempt at a flip animation so I would love some feedback on how to improve.

The next photo attached is an improved version based on a commenters criticism

Good job! It looks great - I love the knee tuck, but it’s all a little slow right now.

To make it look better, try and speed it up and give the animation a small period of anticipation. If you look at references on images, the knees play a huge part in giving the body enough rotational velocity to flip. The arms also come forward + up before they tuck into the knees,.

I second @0_0aztec on the anticipation bit. It’s a great start! I’d say, make him go down first bending his knees, then coming back up with his knees straightened, then you can start tucking in the legs.

I’ve added a step in photoshop that I think is crucial to follow, illustratrating what I mean better. Hope it helps!
