Hello! I’m Jack and I just got into 3d Modeling, I made this sword and I just want some feed back for the mesh (E.g Anything I could add to it, etc). Thanks!

Not bad! Just one thing, is there an indentation missing here (circled 3 that are there, 1 that is missing).
The next thing will be to decide what colours to use!

I think that was intentional, to make the sword look like it is worn down and chipped from use.

Just seems weird to me that it’s perfectly symmetrical but missing that one bit. They also look so similar.
@jackpeul if that was the case, I would add a scratch mark down the middle, extracting a bit of the sword for example. It looks too uniform to be chipped from use, in my opinion.

Ah alright, thanks. I don’t really know how to do scratch marks but I’ll look into it! Thanks again.
Just mess around with it! If it doesn’t look right, of course don’t keep it, instead you could purposefully mis-align the scratch marks (lower one a bit) for example.

It’s pretty good, but I think the sword kinda look like an arrow. Maybe change the end of the sword’s shape? I’m not a pro at 3d modeling, but I hope you take this into consideration!

A really good model, but the only thing holding it back is the blockiness of the handle. Try beveling, and making a little more depth within it.

I really like this I don’t use blender but i can see a few problems.
The chips do look good but there all the same.
The guard looks a little off.
But other then that it looks great.
