First Realistic Build

My first realistic building. Going for an abandoned look some things are modeled in blender :slight_smile: feedback is appreciated

The door doesn’t look good. Use higher polygon door.

This is very good for your first build, I’d try experimenting with some different materials and less saturated colours, particularly on the window frames;

You would also benefit from adding more detail to the roof, but other than that, this is a very good build. Well done.

I would firstly recommend more depth in the build. For example, walls not completely straight and have some divots in to create more realism and detail. I’ll also add that I’m not a huge fan of the ROBLOX brick texture and there are better, rougher brick textures (for example in brick packs and texture towers) on the toolbox. This will really help to highlight the age of the build.

Secondly, for a really abandoned look, I would also recommend looking for crack or dirt textures and maybe model some assets (bins, bricks etc) to place around the build to really emphasise it being abandoned - also creating its own local atmosphere.

Moreover, try different shades of whatever main colour you want the build to be, for example, it can highlight the build withering away with a lighter, more sun-washed colour.

The frame of the windows are a little to orange for me, but it looks excellent and I will look forward to seeing more of your work!

It looks good for a beginning and first realistic build, however I would like to comment on a few things.

The Wall colors (for the brick texture) don’t look good, I would recommend making your own texture or wall style to put on it instead.

Some things like the board on the window and stuff still look a bit low poly or not realistic, I would recommend changing the window’s transparency and maybe adding a slight texture. Also is that a Fire? I can’t tell, but either way, it doesn’t really look realistic.

Good for a start, however it needs improvisation.

I guess I was going for a low poly semi realistic lol

The glass window on the bottom floor is a bit strange, why is the broken glass a perfect pattern.
