First sword model

As I’ve mentioned in my other post, I have only been modeling for about a week and a half. Any feedback or criticism would be appreciated, thanks!

First time I’ve ever tried texturing something, I used substance painter.

I’m also looking for someone who is very good with substance painter to help me get better at texturing, you can add me at: Azurely#4199

All feedback is appreciated.

How is this your first model? It’s amazing
You have a talent dude. And just a week and a half? Wow

Not necessarily my first model, just the first sword I’ve attempted making. I posted about a Glock I made yesterday if you want to go and check it out.

Not bad…
the sword actually looks pretty clean. :hushed:
Keep up the good work!

Thanks! I’m just staying dedicated to learning.

That’s really great for your first sword model, and the texturing looks like you’re already experienced! My only criticism would be positive as it looks clean and quite well detailed, keep up the amazing work! :sun_with_face:

I appreciate the feedback, I am still learning how to texture which is why I am looking for someone to help me get better with substance painter.

Hi, this is really good for someone who is new to modelling!
I like the texture too but I’m not sure it will keep it if you use the model in Roblox Studio.

You said you just started modeling, I want too, where did you learn? Did you watch tutorials or something?

Keep going, you’re doing some great work!

For modeling I had a friend help me learn, as for texturing I’m just messing around and trying new things.

Also now that Roblox supports PBR textures (up to 1k), you can export textures from substance painter to Roblox and it will work just fine.
