First time modeling and animating a monster

Today was my first time actually trying to model a somewhat humanoid monster in blender, and I think it turned out alright. I watched a video of some dude turn a pre-made human into a monster which is what prompted me to do this. The only problem was that the sculpting was working very well for some reason (I mean I was pretty much using only the grab tool because the other tools weren’t doing anything. Literally.) I would’ve added a mouth and stuff but womp womp. After that I went to animating the monster walking, which is the only animation I have for now. I found a super useful video of some guy explaining walk cycles, and here is how it turned out.

As for the textures, I kind of got them done but they’re pretty low quality and very stretched. I also scoured the internet for almost an hour to find a method I wasn’t too lazy to do. The monster will be completely in the dark, so I’m not really worried about how the textures look anyway. I made the whole thing the same texture, besides the eye sockets, cause I decided he doesn’t have eyes for some reason (I don’t know the reason yet lol).

I still need to make the stupid script, but I had a lot of fun. How do you guys think I can improve this?

Edit: Fixed the texture, made the script, and added a jumpscare!

This model and animation look great! Nice job on it!

I seriously thought the jumpscare would be just as scary as the gun jumpscare in Do Not Disturb by nicorocks.
But this jumpscare feels like the monster is helping you dance?
Make the jumpscare freakier.
