My first time trying to make a uniform in paint.NET (Based off a 1814 Prussian military unit)! Sorry if it’s mediocre.

If that is your first time it is quite good. I am not going to lie I could not do that on my first time.
One thing I have about this though is that to me the straps look a little blurry but that could just me be lol.
