Regulations
- NSFW Content
Not Safe For Work content is forbidden at FishBlox. If one of our community members see NSFW content you will be banned from the group without hesitation.
- Advertising
Advertising at our group is not tolerated. Doing so will result in a ban. This also means DMing our server members with server invites and group links or advertising your group/game in any of our games.
- Pinging
Mass-pinging members of this server is an bannable offense. Please keep your pinging down to a minimum. This also covers pinging Moderators and Staff.
- Impersonation
Impersonating other people is strictly prohibited, do not pretend to be someone you are not.
- ToS
We want to abide by ROBLOX and Discord Terms of Service, therefore everyone in our server, group and games are required to follow it. Failure to abide by ToS will get you warned, further kicked/banned dependant on what has been broke.

[1] Visitor
Visitor are vital to FishBlox, they visit our aquarium on a daily basis and help us sustain a player count and make up the majority of our community.
[2] Noted Visitor
Noted Customer is a rank for notable users on the ROBLOX platform alongside former High Rank+ members.
Employees
[3] Receptionist
Receptionist is our first LR rank, it can be obtained through passing our quiz. Users who are in this rank are required to attend a training session in order to rank up though can work in reception as their current rank. You can also purchase this rank.
[4] Junior Aquarist
Junior Aquarist is our second LR rank, it is obtained through passing a training session. To rank up you are required to attend a training session. As a Junior Aquarist you are able to take part in more jobs in-game. You can also purchase this rank.
[5] Aquarist
Aquarist is our third LR rank, it is acquired through passing 2 training sessions. To rank up you are required to attend a training session. As an Aquarist you are able to take part in more jobs in-game. You can also purchase this rank.
[6] Senior Aquarist
Senior Aquarist is our fourth LR rank, it is acquired through passing 3 training sessions. To rank up to Shift Leader you must attend one more training session. You can also purchase this rank.
[7] Shift Leader
Shift Leader is our final LR rank, it is acquired through passing 4 training sessions. This is the only rank that is eligible for an MR promotion. To find more information on this please refer to the promotion tips section. You can also purchase this rank.
Middle Ranks
[8] Aquarium Supervisor
Aquarium Supervisor is our first Middle Rank role, they can supervise LR ranks in-game, assist in trainings, and have minor moderation permissions in-game and in the training centre. You can also purchase this rank.
[9] Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager is our second Middle Rank role, they can supervise LR ranks in-game, train at trainings, have authority of ranks below them, and have minor moderation permissions in-game and in the training centre. You can also purchase this rank.
[10] General Manager
General Manager is our third Middle Rank role, they can supervise LR ranks in-game, train at trainings, have authority of ranks below them, and have minor moderation permissions in-game and in the training centre. You can also purchase this rank.
[11] Administrator
Administrator is our fourth and final Middle Rank role, they can supervise LR ranks in-game, co-host at trainings, have authority of ranks below them, and have minor moderation permissions in-game and in the training centre. You can also purchase this rank.
High Ranks
[12] Corporate Assistant
Corporate Assistant is our first High Rank role, users in this rank have been recently promoted from Administrator. They can supervise LR ranks in-game, host at trainings, have authority of ranks below them, and have moderation permissions in-game and in the training centre. This is the rank where users should start to think about which department they would like to enter when they proceed in their ranks at FishBlox.
[13] Junior Corporate
Junior Corporate is our first department rank, users in this rank are in either the Public Relations of Staffing Department. They are still new to the Corporate team and are still learning all of the ins and outs!
[14] Senior Corporate
Senior Corporate is our second department rank, users in this rank have been in their department for a while and they are ready to move up to having more responsibilities. Users who are in this rank are preparing to take on and adapt to new responsibilities within the group.

This rank is not obtainable from promotions and is given to those who help with FishBlox’s development and those who have helped contribute towards FishBlox.

Group Manager is our third department rank and first Leadership role, users in this rank have been at FishBlox for a long time and know the ins and outs of our daily operations alongside their corresponding department. Users in this rank have shown that they are ready to proceed on their journey here at FishBlox and in their department. Users in this rank typically help run one of Fishblox’s department.

Shift Leader Promotion Tips
Shift Leaders are the final and most experienced type of LR, they are the only rank eligible for an MR promotion from a member of the Staffing Department. Below are multiple tips to guide you on your journey to rank 8.
• Showing activity is key, we recommend evenly spreading the amount of time you spend at FishBlox throughout the week and show consistency. Playing the game for 3 hours one day and then 0 the next shows inconsistency and is not something we want within our Middle Rank team.
• Showing professionalism is recommended, we recommend being professional whenever you are in FishBlox facilities. It can show that you uphold a level of maturity and can be a possible member of our Middle Rank team compared to those that don’t.
• Your use of vocabulary plays a deciding factor, using vocabulary that is barely understood is not recommended. We want our guests to be able to understand you and have a good time whilst at our aquarium. Keep your vocabulary use simple although feel free to venture out and make your scripts unique.
Appeals FAQ
What happens if I am suspended?
• If you happen to be suspended at Fishblox, you will be ranked to Visitor for a maximum of 7 days. Suspensions may be appealed if they happen to be unreasonable or false. If you deem your suspension to be valid, you may wait until your suspension is over. There is no way to know how long your suspension is at this point, but if it has been over 7 days and you have not received your rank back, you may have been terminated or there may have been an error. To find out about this, you may message a member of the Staffing Department who can figure it out for you.
What happens if I am terminated?
• Terminations are very rare at Fishblox, and terminations are only if you have committed a major action as a staff member. If you have been ranked to Visitor for over 7 days, you are terminated. Terminations are appealable if they are false, no termination is unreasonable. To appeal your termination, you may ask a Junior Corporate+ in-game or message a member of the Staffing Department.
What happens if I am permanently banned?
• If you have been permanently banned at Fishblox, you might have committed a major action. If you are in the communications server, you may direct message a member of the Staffing Department who may try and resolve the issue for you.
What is the second chance system? How does it work?
• The second chance system is a system where if your appeal is accepted, you will either get your rank back (if you were terminated) or become unbanned (if you were a Visitor/Trainee who committed a major action). However, if you decide to commit a minor or major action in-game after your appeal was successful, you will automatically be blacklisted. Blacklists are always going to be unappealable and that rule will never change. Our MRs are highly trained to discover those who used to be terminated/banned, and they have the right to blacklist you. Any arguments will not be tolerated, and if you deem your blacklist to be false, you may let the Staffing Lead know and they will investigate it privately.
How do I appeal?
• What is your ROBLOX username?
• Do you want to appeal a suspension, termination, or permanent ban?
• What was the date of your suspension, termination, or permanent ban?
• Why would you like to appeal?
• What will you change to make sure that this doesn’t happen again?
• Do you agree to not commit a minor or major action in-game once this appeal is accepted and do you realise that if you do, you will receive an unappealable blacklist?
You may appeal by answering the following six questions in one of the Staffing Department member’s direct messages via the communications server or messaging a Junior Corporate+ in-game who can let you appeal through ROBLOX direct messages.
