Update: I didn’t do anything differently but now I can unlock my account PIN
Hello, so just a moment ago I went to unlock my security pin so that I could change one of my settings, however the area for my PIN to go in doesn’t register the pin. Whenever I type in the correct pin whether on my phone or desktop, and click the unlock button or press the enter key nothing happens. However if I enter the wrong pin it tells me that it is incorrect, is there any way to fix this?
You need to press the area to fill in the security pin code. Once doing this little step, you should be able to press Unlock.
Whenever I click the lock to get the screen above I click the box in the middle, I then enter the four digit code, and finally press Unlock. If this is what you meant, this is how I normally do it, and the issue still occurs.
Have you tried refreshing the page?
I did, and I tried multiple devices as I had said before, I let it sit for a while and it worked for some random reason.
