Fixing Light Leaking With Wedge

In an attempt to fix light leaking through the walls creating a rather ugly effect, I did some research and found this solution:

Here’s a secret technique: Put a 45 degree wedge in the corner. It has to be 2x2 studs (and the length of the wall) to hide the leak completely if the walls are 4x4 aligned. … and yeah we don’t like the fact that this problem exists. We’ll try to do something about this this year.

I would like to implement this, however, I’m having trouble understanding what this is visually supposed to look like.

If someone could show me the process of setting this up with a video instead of just steps that would be great.

As @Sir_Highness showed, you need to have walls that are 4 studs thick, and the wedge has to be 2x2 studs thick.
