Flags and usage?

So a popular game known as “Rise of Nations” uses the flag known as the “stars and bars” for their CSA releasable, which is understandable however I am curious is it allowed to be used on Roblox as I do want to use the flag for my upcoming project however am still weary on what Roblox allows.

If anyone knows whether the stars and bars flag is allowed, let me know, thank you!

Thank you. It’s not so much I am making a confederate states, I am just making a game like hoi4 which will involve a CSA releasable.
