Guidelines
Rules for Everyone:
- Be respectful to everyone.

- You’re responsible for your actions, ensure you think before acting.
- Ensure that your attire is appropriate. If inappropriate, a verbal warning will be given.

- You’ll not be eligible to retrieve your rank after leaving the group.
- Grammar is a requirement, ensure you always utilize it in our platform.
- Asking for a promotion is forbidden - this will decrease your chances.
- A positive manner is advised to be displayed at all times.
- Arguments are not to be caused. Situations like this should be dealt with an MR/HR.
- If you experience a guest violating our policies, report it to an Administrator at your earliest convenience. We don’t want a negative attitude on our platform.

Training: Trainee Baristas, Junior Baristas, and Baristas are welcome for their next step at Flamingo - obtaining more opportunities and knowledge about their career. Only Intern+ may assist. Clients are not permitted to join.

Interview: Low Ranks aren’t permitted to connect to this game, as their rank is limited due to their experience and consistency. Intern+ are able to assist.

Application: Only open during Sunday, due to interview sessions hosted more than expected on holidays and when the interviews aren’t scheduled on the time you’re available.

In order to proceed your career in Flamingo, you’d need to take an interview session to achieve Trainee Cashier position to start off with. Scheduled sessions are listed beneath:

Interested in creating an alliance with us? That’s grateful and wonderful, I’d like to thank you for having an interest in this community. Flamingo is always looking for new companies to collaborate with, however, in order to partner with us, you must meet the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Have at least 200 members (spam accounts are not permitted).
- Have an industry (such as hotel, cafe, etc. based).
- Have an active platform.
- Have a professional partnership.
- Have a will to announce our affiliate announcements.
- Have your representatives to communicate with our Communication Department.
- Have no group members violating our set of rules in our platform.
Does your group meet requirements? Ask the communication department to proceed with the process and fill you up with an application form that’s mandatory to fill up, afterward, it will be discussed privately.

Customers -
Rank: Role:Valued Customer | A regular client or patron at Flamingo. |
Honoured Customer | These members are either alliance representatives, former Executive Management+ and above due to rewarding them for dedication. Please don't ask for this rank. |
Staff -
Trainee | A trainee that is pending to be qualifed as Cashier at Flamingo, they're required to go to trainings before proceeding their career. |
Cashiers | Cashiers, their task is to serve customers as a cashier on a daily basis and greet them - answering inquiries related to Flamingo. |
Experienced Cashiers | Experienced Cashiers are Cashiers with more experience and consistency, achieving more successes in their career - trained. |
Senior Staff | Senior staff are the most experienced partnership along, following Intern. These workers bring clients their desired order - also capable of working as a Cashier. |
Middle Ranks -
Intern | They're mainly to supervise at the Cafe and permitted to assist in training and interviews, performing a vital role as a role model. In order to obtain these ranks, you must stand out from others by being professional, dedicated, etc. If you've been caught for being suitable and loyal for the rank by an Executive Management, there is a chance for you to achieve this position. They accept promotion suggestions. |
Supervisor | Similar to Intern properties, they're in charge of Low Ranks and have access to Administrator moderation at the Cafe - this is used to ban major violators to treat the Cafe fresh and welcoming. In trainings and interviews, they're eligible to shadow Interns (to see their performance). |
Assistant Management | Assistant Management are eligible to co-host at sessions (such as shifts, interviews, and applications). They're also in charge of ranks beneath this position - having access to Administrator moderation on every platform. They operate the Cafe for no issues, ensuring that everyone functions smoothly as intended to be. They accept ban appeals. |
Management | Management are eligible to host at sessions (such as shifts, interviews, and applications). They're also in charge of ranks beneath this position - having access to Administrator moderation on every platform. They operate the Cafe for no issues, ensuring that everyone functions smoothly as intended to be. They also gain Administrator moderation on the social media. They play a vital role in this community. |
High Ranks -
Executive Management | First approach to the High Rank partnership. They're eligible to promote, request departments of a specific event to occur, and to suspend/demote staff member - depending on occasions, as departments have their own role. This is a loyal rank and is very difficult to achieve, as you'd need to really stand out from others. They're in charge of ranks beneath them, and manage other redacted information for Middle Ranks. These partners are responsible to establish and represent the community for representatives, obtaining the Owner administrator moderation. They deal with almost all of the situations. |
Chief Communications Officer | Chief Communications Officers are to establish and manage affiliates, and further into details of them. These partnership officers are to keep up building a strong relationship and health with our affiliates, as we do support and care for them as they do to us. We're keeping them together, and feel like a huge family. This is one of the heart's that Flamingo needs, as it keeps us glowing in bliss and building more friendships - creating improvements from their advice. |
Chief Operations Officer | Chief Operation Officers are to establish and manage events, and more into what the event has to do with. These partnership officers are to match the community's needs and keep everyone entertaining, and pleased within the group's activity. This is one of the heart's that Flamingo needs, as it hypes all of us and brings all of us together - participating in an event. |
Chief Staffing Officer | Chief Staffing Officers are to establish and manage co-workers in promotions, demotions, and suspensions. In addition, they are the partners in which they handle unprofessional behavior and major trollers - etc. In conclusion, it mainly focuses on player's statistics. This is one of the heart's that Flamingo needs, as it takes care of every individual and ensuring that their attitude is professional - as advised. |
Chief Executive Officer | Chief Executive Officers are to establish and manage every departure and heart of Flamingo, which defines that their role is very vital and only given to most trusted partners. This is very unlikely to be obtained, as it requires a lot of effort put into the career. They're in charge of everything, and primarily tasked to ensure that everything functions as intended - they're only to be picked by the Chairman. In conclusion, they're responsible for all of the operations in the company. In addition, they're business marketers. |
President | President is unobtainable (95%) at this rate, as they're in control of everything in this group and their task is to take this group seriously, increasing the growth of Flamingo. They're only awarded to the partners that are responsible for this occupation, and do take care of the community as a deputy when the Chairman is inactive due to an occasion. They're responsible for all of the operations in the company. |
Vice-Chairman | Unobtainable. A person who cares about the community to their heart and is the primary source of the creation of Flamingo. He's responsible for all of the operations in the company. |
