This handbook will include portions of information that may address anything you would like to know when it comes to Flamingo. Frequently Asked Questions
  • How do I become an Employee?
    In order to become an Employee at Flamingo, you must take the quiz at our application center located on the Group page. Once you’ve sent your application, if accepted you will become a trainee, from there you must attend trainings to get promoted.
  • How would I handle someone disrupting the server?
    For those disrupting the server, please notify someone in-game or on our Discord Server who is a MR/HR. Before doing so, please try to handle the situation yourself by telling them to stop.
  • There’s a glitch I’m experiencing in the server, what should I do?
    If you are experiencing any glitches or bugs that should be fixed, please send a message to a HR describing the glitch/bug and how you produced it. Our team will try our best to get this issue fixed for you and others potentially experiencing it as well.
  • How do I rank up from Trainee?
    You must attend one of our training sessions located at the Training Center.
    OR
    You can buy our “Instant Staff” game-pass to skip the process and jump to Junior Sales Associate.
  • How do I know if my application has been accepted?
    If your application has been accepted, you will be ranked to Trainee. Our Center is an automated system, so if you passed, then the system will rank you.
  • Why won’t it let me into the Training Center?
    The training center is open to the public 30 minutes to an hour before any session begins. Once the server is locked, we will not open it for anyone.
  • I think there’s an admin abusing, who should I contact?
    If you believe one of our admins may be abusing, you may contact an Executive Assistant or higher. It is recommended to report the admin through Discord. Video/Screenshot proof is also appreciated.

Terms of Service

NOTICE:
All admins in-game are able to punish you with reason, even if what a player has done is not located within our Terms of Service. In addition, all players are required to follow Roblox’s Terms of Service.

  • Exploiting
    A malicious attempt of ruining the game or player(s).

  • Trolling
    Disturbing the player(s) ruining the game experience.

  • Spamming
    Flooding the chat box with identical/similar messages or excessive cap abuse with malicious intent.

  • Raiding
    Multiple players with the same malicious intent.

  • Disrespect
    Rude individual(s) going against a race, player(s), or group/game.

Shifts

NOTICE:
Shifts can only be hosted by [MR] Head of Services+.

Shift Etiquette
Remember, attending a shift means you are ready to work. Listen to your host and be nice to new customers. You never know, you could do so well you get a promotion!

Times
Shifts happen throughout the day, Head of Service+ should schedule a shift a little in advance. Make sure you keep up to date on the dizzy and subscribe to our Notification-Squad so you don’t miss out!
(Notification-Squad is located on our dizzy).

Trainings

NOTICE:
The server for the session will open 30 minutes to an hour before the session starts. We will not open the server once the session has started.

Trainings
Remember, the host of the training will be grading you. It’s best to be very polite and prove that you are fit for a promotion. Please be expected to have grammar. III or more grammar mistakes will get you kicked from the session.

Points system
You must get 4 or more points to pass the training. 5 Points is the max. The host/helper will grant you 1 point each section of the training you pass.

Times
Trainings could happen whenever, the host will usually give you a training start time a day before the training. Although, we are currently working on a schedule.

Ban Appeal Guide

NOTICE:
Your Ban Appeal application must be sent through Roblox/Discord DMs to the Staffing Department. Applications sent to anyone else will be voided. This application is only used for players who have been permanently banned.

Partnership Information

NOTICE:
Your Alliance application must be sent through Roblox/Discord DMs to the Public Relations Department. Applications sent to anyone else will be voided. This application is only used for groups that follow the requirements and are interested in allying with Flamingo.

Requirements
Your group must have at least 2,000 non-botted members. It also must maintain a steady growth.
Your staff must utilize mature and professional behavior at all Flamingo places and they must abide by all of our regulations.
Your group must maintain a well-reputed name and it must be active.
Your group must be some sort of professional business, whether it is a cafe, restaurant, etc.

[4] How would both groups be able to benefit from this partnership?
[5] What does your group have that makes it stand out from other groups?

[8] Are you aware that failure to meet these requirements in the future may lead to a possible alliance termination with Flamingo?
[9] Do you understand that in order to maintain a possible alliance, both groups must be able to cooperate and support each other?
[10] Are you aware that Flamingo may terminate the alliance for any reason that they deem necessary for alliance removal?

Rank Descriptions

NOTICE:
All positions within Flamingo not listed here are classified and only known to those in the desired position.

Employee Positions:

Trainee: A trainee is a member of our community who has passed and completed the Staff Application and is now waiting to be trained.

Junior Sales Associate: Newly hired LR employee that knows the basics of how Flamingo operates. They answer any questions a customer may have, and works with customers to help them find what they desire. They may get promoted by attending trainings.

Sales Associate: An experienced LR employee, and a role model to our Junior Sales Associates. They may get promoted after being in this position for at least one week and by attending trainings.

Senior Sales Associate: The highest LR position and responsible for making sure customers are having an enjoyable experience. Senior Sales Associates are a role model of how employees should act and serve. They may get promoted after being recommended by an Executive Assistant or higher. You MUST have at least 800 Staff Points to progress.

Head of Services: This MR rank is for new MR’s in Flamingo. Head of Services is the Head of all of the LR services. Head of Services also has the ability to host shifts at the store and help in trainings.

Supervision Team: This MR rank is a promotion from the rank above. They can supervise, host shifts, and help at trainings.

Shift Leader: This last MR rank can do all the above, and they assist the High Ranks. Also, they now earn the ability to host trainings.

Design Team: Our wonderful Design Team designs and creates all of the clothing you see in our store.

Development Team: The Development Team is for developers of our current games. They manage and maintain the group games.

Executive Assistant: This is the first HR position at Flamingo. Executive Assistants are sorted into “departments” (Staffing or Public Relations). Each department has different responsibilities that they must carry out on a weekly basis.

Executive Officer: This is the second HR position at Flamingo. Executive Officers are already assigned to a department. In addition to their department requirements, they have additional responsibilities that they are required to carry out.

Department Director: This last HR is experienced in the departments. They manage and make sure everything is running smoothly with the HR’s. Department Directors oversee the departments as well as carry out their own responsibilities within Flamingo.

Chief Public Relations Officer: This SHR rank is head of the Public Relations Department. This includes - QOTD, affiliates, game-nights, announcements, etc. They oversee and lead the department.

Chief Staffing Officer: This SHR rank is head of the Staffing Department. This includes - suspensions, reports, demotions, promotions, applications, etc. They oversee and lead the department.

Board of Administration: This Leadership rank is a group of individuals who are in charge of creating and enforcing rules and regulations, and overseeing the ranks.

Vice President: This rank manages their SHR department, HR’s and oversees their departments.

President: This Leadership rank manages the Leadership/SHR teams and oversees jobs to make sure they are doing it correctly.

Kay: This Leadership rank is for our second founder/owner xkcook.

Chairman: This Leadership rank is for me, SimplyKol. The Chairman is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of Flamingo as well as ensuring that the group is operated normally.

Design teams role

Requirements
Must have experience in design.
Must understand what the Design Team does in Flamingo.
Must have no complaints from time at Flamingo.
Must show examples of your designs.
Must commit most of your time to Flamingo.

LR Employee Rank System

NOTICE:
You must attend trainings to progress in the rank system.

NOTICE:
You must have the minimum amount of staff points for each rank to progress.

Trainee
Once your application is accepted you will become a Trainee. You must attend a training to proceed to the next rank.
60 STAFF POINTS+

Junior SA
You must attend a training and get promoted by the host to achieve this rank.
200 STAFF POINTS+

Sales Associate
You must attend a training and get promoted by the host to achieve this rank.
400 STAFF POINTS+

Senior SA
You must attend a training and get promoted by the host to achieve this rank.
Final rank in the ranking system. You must get recommended by an Executive Assistant or higher to progress to Head of Service.
800 STAFF POINTS+

Senior Sales Associate Promotion Guide

NOTICE:
Any hinting for promotions will void your recommendation instantly. We do not tolerate hinting and it may result in a demotion. You may only be recommended by Executive Assistant or higher.

Requirements
You must be a Senior Sales Associate for at least a full week.
You must have at least: 800 STAFF POINTS
You must have sufficient activity and grammar.
You must have your Roblox private messages open and able to respond to them.
You must be helpful to others and a role model.

Suggestions
Help employees who are struggling and remain respectful and mature. We look for these people specifically.
Most of the time, you should be working. The only time we expect you not to work is when helping with a troller or disturbance.
Stretch out your activity. We prefer employees who work for one hour each day for an entire week rather than five hours for one day.
Don’t lose hope! You never know if you have been recommended and if you quit before doing so, your recommendation may be voided.
