Impersonation Policy: Low Ranks are strictly prohibited from impersonating higher-ranked staff members. This includes using their titles, signatures, or any other form of identification in communications or interactions with customers and colleagues.

AFK Etiquette: Low Ranks should adhere to a responsible AFK (Away From Keyboard) etiquette. If needing to step away from work temporarily, notify a supervisor or colleague, set an appropriate status, and ensure tasks are not disrupted during the absence. Additionally, please remain in the Employee Lounge when going AFK.

Confidentiality Guidelines: Low Ranks must adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. Sharing internal information or discussing sensitive matters outside the salon is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

Warning Policy:
If you encounter a troller who is breaking these guidelines, it is recommended to issue one warning before reporting the situation to a Middle Rank. If the troller persists after the warning, attempt to locate a Middle Rank in-game to assist with the issue. If you cannot find any Middle Rank in-game, please head to our Discord server to file a report using our ticket system. Note that any serious rule-breaking that severely violates our community guidelines should be reported to a Middle Rank or High Rank immediately.
Senior Staff Promotion Guide
Senior Staff ➔ Staff Assistant: In order to be promoted to Staff Assistant, you can either wait for Staff Assistant applications to open and successfully pass the application process, or you can demonstrate your dedication by working diligently at the Salon and receiving a recommendation from our Middle Rank team. Below is a short list of requirements that must be met in order to receive a recommendation, and a short list of helpful tips that can boost your chances of getting recommended.
Recommendation Requirements:
- Must be the age of 13 or older.
- Must be a member of our Discord server.
- Must demonstrate a basic understanding of English grammar.
- Must have no previous negative history with Flawn Salon.
- Must be actively working at the Salon as a Senior Staff for 2+ weeks.
- Must not violate any of the Low Rank Guidelines.
Recommendation Tips:
- Consistent activity at the Salon.
- Use proper grammar when interacting with clients.
- Remain active on the Discord server.
- Fulfill your Low Rank duties effectively.
- Show a good understanding of the Salon’s services.
- Attend and participate in shifts whenever they are hosted.
It’s essential to note that if the rank limit is currently max for Staff Assistant, you will need to patiently await recommendations until positions become available.
Affiliate Information
To be affiliated with Flawn Salon, it’s crucial that your group adheres to the specific requirements we have in place. By following the requirements below, your group will be eligible to apply.
Affiliate Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of (TBD) group members.
- Must have a minimum of (TBD) Discord Members.
- Your group has to be a role play business group such as a salon, cafe, restaurant, school, theatre, clothing group, gameshow group, etc.
- Your group must have a good reputation.
- Your group games and Discord Server must remain active.
- Your group cannot sell any admin permissions or admin-based ranks.
- Your group game(s) must not use free models.
If you believe you meet all the outlined requirements and are eligible to apply, please be aware of certain expectations that all our affiliates must adhere to. These affiliate expectations are non-negotiable and must be followed by all our affiliates. The expectations for our affiliates are as follows:
Affiliate Expectations:
- Must not breach any of the affiliate requirement while affiliated with Flawn Salon.
- Must have two capable group representatives.
- Must be willing to announce our events.
- Must have a stable activity status within your group games and Discord.
- Must host a collaboration event with Flawn Salon twice a year at minimum.

Appeals
Server Ban
A server ban is when you have been banned from our Salon. This ban will expire when the server restarts. However, if you’ve been permanently banned from our server, you will need to get the ban appealed using our support ticket on Discord.
Discord Ban
A Discord ban occurs when you have been banned from our Discord server. This ban can be appealed through the Dyno bot in direct messages.
Staff Termination
A staff termination occurs when you have been removed from your position as a staff member. This action prevents you from reapplying to work at Flawn Salon in the future. However, you can appeal a termination by filling out an appeal form using our support system.
Affiliate Termination
An affiliate termination occurs when you have been removed as an alliance of ours, preventing you from affiliating with Flawn Salon in the future. However, you can appeal an affiliate termination by creating an affiliate ticket on our Discord server.
