If Compressed without any Comments and Spaces, its around 309 Lines but that makes it Ugly.
Also I am sure, it works in any game that its put into.
Inside of Model
(Soft Lock to Test Collusions)
Advantages:
Very Fun to Use.
Easy to Edit Settings.
Controls are Super Easy.
Controls are ClientSided, so even if you lag, you have no problem.
Distadvantages:
ServerSide View is 1 Second Delayed.
I seem to forgot to tell, you can’t go 80 degree up or down since Camera of Roblox blocks you (its CFrames so)
I tried to Fix it but uhh it turned worse , its best to leave it as its before breaking.
So… What do you think about it?
I have changed my mind, just gonna Free it, i am don’t have time to get Premium just to sell.
Greetings mate! This looks quite good! You made the movements looks so smooth and that’s really good. My only recommendation is to fix that Camera that can see out of the borders. You could use a RayCast. But at all this looks so fun to use and a great mechanics.
Well about pricing I’m kinda bad too, but you may take into account some attributes:
The time you took to create this. (I’m not talking about literally time, like 90 minutes = 90 robux.)
How good are the mechanics.
Is your mechanic useful for all type of games.
If you paid for something used on this mechanic, you should add to the price also.
It took long, i forgot but i don’t want to put absurd prices too.
Camera can be customized with CameraOffSet inside StarterCharacter.FlyingBrick.
I think it can be used to do Sci-Fi style Race Themed Games. (Well you will see others with 1 second delay but, i don’t think that will be much of a problem)
I didn’t pay for anything but got help like %10 ChatGPT, because there were some errors with no prints… I realized way too late after AI Fixed
I’m not really sure what to say to be honest. Do you want to sell it one time? Or e.g. as a model & script combination on the market? I will answer only for the latter, as the first one is even more difficult.
Since you said 309 “realistic” LoC, I would guess this took a few hours but not really much effort, like you didn’t spend weeks on it (that does not mean you did not put effort into it! I just put it into relation to what I know). So afterall, I would say start with 20-100 Robux. But 100 would be pretty much already imo. Don’t forget that while you “only” get a few cents per sale, people still pay 2-3 times of what you get. You could also release this for free to get attention and then slowly upgrade the brick into a custom plane and sell the upgrade as a paid version. I think that despite the line count it still has potential, especially for like flight simulators or so. Maybe then in the paid version add more features like a UI, instructions on how to apply this to a plane, custom controls like an autopilot etc.
Also if you say this
please consider doing this as a hobby only. If you can’t decide on a price but already measure the work put into models with money and hope to make a ROI quick, you may be disappointed pretty fast because generating sales most of the time != time spent and even != quality of the asset, especially as a beginner. This may lead to you ultimately quitting. Don’t do it for the money only.
