When I start a project, for example; a horror game. I start creating it and before I finish the project my mind changes and wants to make a different game. I can’t focus. And I lose all my motivation, then give up.
Can anyone help me? Or have suggestions?

Yes, try to push your self and understand that if you make another and another you wont really get to any point of getting it done

And yes the same thing happens to me, but I keep on focusing on something that I want to make not just something that others mostly want.
You have to find a game idea that you really want to make and want to see people play it. If you don’t have motivation, find a new idea. This is normal for a lot of small developers to go through.
