Hello everyone, I am experiencing a bug that everytime I open Studio, fog is everywhere and my viewing distance is like 50 studs. Is there a way I can stop this?
I have tried removing my plugins and reinstalling.
Thank you.

Is this happening with all the games you open in studio or just this one? You were probably playing around with the fog settings in lighting. (The color looks a bit off from default)
Go to Lighting in the Explorer and from there go to fog. Make sure your fog is set to the default values.
I’m not sure if this is Roblox default but my game isn’t experiencing any fog. Generally, you want a very large “FogEnd” value and a small (if not 0) “FogStart” value.
Does this happen when you play in studio and in rblxplayer.
Try removing ROBLOX and reinstalling it might help but I don’t think this is the area to put this
It only happens in studio. And I will try removing and re-installing. And yes, this might be the wrong section but I did not know where to put it. Thanks for the help!
You should try nich idea first
Alright thank you I will go and try it right now.
Did you properly search Workspace for any possible setting configurations that might be off a bit? If not, try going into Studio’s settings itself and see if anything is out of place there. I’d assume the fog issue is from what Nick explained, but the viewing distance shouldn’t be connected to the fog problem itself. Seeing as I’ve never encountered the viewing distance bug itself, I’m assuming it’s not anything to do with configurations within Workspace, but a Roblox Studio error or a Studio setting that’s out of place.
It might be a plugin that’s automatically setting the fog. Maybe you have a lighting plugin or an infected plugin?
Nick got it spot on. Thanks for the help though!
I think you should set his answer as the topic solution so that others know it’s properly solved.
It’s not a plugin, I already tried disabling them all and restarting, and I did find out that was not the problem. Nick figured it out. Thanks for the help though!
