Now what I mean by that is, if you make your game paid access (and when people do it’s normally only for early access) the description would be different and you’d have to answer a few questions from the devs that would help players really gather an idea on your game and interest them more.

This will provide a bit more depth, back-line to game. It’s devs and progress they intend to make and can make you avoid fishy-like-games. It’s a lot better for example than sticking ‘Beta’ in the name and in the description with the same layout as a regular game. Showing a clear ‘Early Access Game’ like banner would greatly help as well with the NOTE:
I think another tab with ’ Game Plan’ would be helpful for containing the questions it should be the first tab and the ‘About’ tab moved over one or displayed before the questions, the community can ask their own questions and if people rate them up enough they will become a question that the dev can answer and be added to the game plan under the normal questions as ‘Community questions’.
