Hey everyone. Its SirJamesV here and as part of a group project that I am working on, me and my team are looking to raise funds for this new group.
We are looking to sell this modern cafe, which includes two floors, a breakout outdoor area, a possible VIP seating area and much more.
This sleek looking interior and exterior design is fresh from the studio and has not been yet used by anyone or sold to anyone.
It is spacious and is ready for any massive or major events with it’s welcoming feel that it has attached to it.
Built By Sterpant, this Cafe will not fail to impress your customers as they are served a deliciously warm cup of hot chocolate and socialise with their friends.
An Extra Side Note: The Kitchen is not 100% complete and would require small touch ups.

We are open to discussing a suitable price but we are sticking to 8k ROBUX as a base price.
