When I opened up one of my games through the Creator Dashboard website my StartPage looked like image below. This seems to only happen when the StartPage is open with a game.

This new update also automatically closes the explorer and properties tabs, and replaces them with these tabs.

Alongside with it, my studio crashes randomly when ever I start moving things around very quickly?

+1 same here, i started editing from the website version of the create page and it opens studio and ruined my old tab layout, and it reverted that instead. the page tab is bugged, which also has an odd language artifact appear.
edit: i tried uninstall roblox and reinstalling fully and still occurs.

Edited because I’m crashing out that a simple QA process wasn’t followed
somebody is getting fired! 
my studio window positions also get reset at random anytime i try and open another place file.
this window itself cannot be closed, nor does it close when opening a place file from it.
Same here, that is a very interesting and fun bug! It may be someone testing for a new feature to add a “StartPage” when already in an experience?

I am also experiencing this issue. All of my popout-tabs have been reset too, which is pretty annoying.

Me and my friend had this issue before, here is how you fix it. First make sure that Roblox Studio is fully closed,
after that open the “Registry Editor” app on windows. in the search bar paste “Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Roblox\RobloxStudio”
it will take you to a registry key, right click and delete that. when you open studio, it will be fixed.
