Me and my friend had this issue before, here is how you fix it. First make sure that Roblox Studio is fully closed,
after that open the “Registry Editor” app on windows. in the search bar paste “Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Roblox\RobloxStudio”
it will take you to a registry key, right click and delete that. when you open studio, it will be fixed.

maybe try taskmanager closing it and try again, maybe it was open in toolbar.

Like what even is this but yeah it has been happening to me → It also resets your studio layout which is really annoying. It just randomely happened whenever I opened studio it showed the little “StartPage” and all my layout was set back to default.
