Note: This is somewhat fictional role-playing writing. I will probably revise it if I actually employ someone.
These rules are applicable to all employees of the Forbidden Arts group.
Rule A: Account Safety
It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. It is impossible to know how secure accounts need to be or what precise practices should be done without severely harming employees, so I have outlined suggestions for what should be done.
You should maintain a strong password on your Roblox account consisting of at least 10 characters. It should have at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number, and two special symbols. The password should not contain any personal information whatsoever.
In addition, you should enable two-factor authentication on both your Roblox account and the email account that it is tied to. If you cannot do this, get another email service that has it! A second email account as the second factor for the first email is a good choice, so long as it’s not used frequently on the same computer.
However, in the event that your employee account is compromised, you must notify your supervisor as soon as possible so we can limit the damage the attacker can do to our assets. You must also make effort to recover your account and work with the Roblox support team to reverse any damage done while it was compromised.
Rule B: Roblox Studio Safety
Under no circumstance may a third-party plugin be used while developing a Forbidden Arts place without prior approval from your supervisor. You may use plugins you developed yourself however.
The currently permitted plugins are:
- ForbiddenJ Tools
- Quenty’s Class Changer
- Quenty’s Part to Terrain
- Reclass
- Stravant’s Beautifier & Minifier
