Force field help

SO im trying to recreate the force field that was used in mid october of 2014 which was only available for a small time. I want to know what i have to do to recreate it

I already made a Blue FF orb i just want to know how to find the Inner Rotation particle (which is used in todays FF) and how to make the blue outline glow since it does that

To make the outline glow, set the particle’s LightEmission property high, you could also raise its Brightness property (note that LightInfluence must be < 1).

As for the inner decal, I believe this decal ID would work (with squash applied):
