When I log into an alternate account, I am forced to enter my email to reset my password. This shouldn’t occur in the first place, I have an authenticator app enabled.
When I click the link in my email to reset the password, the page shows 7 accounts, but does not show the account I am trying to reset. I checked my email and made sure that account is tied to this email.
Expected behavior
I expect not to be forced to reset my password without good reason since I have an authenticator app, and I expect the account to be listed on the reset password page.
