Forest Build Feedback

Hey all! I’m working on a little nightmares inspired game and would like some feedback for these screenshots, what do you see that can be improved? What can be tweaked, or added to make it feel more alive? Please help me out!

Any fedback helps!

wow… this is really, really good! imo you really dont need to add anything. but, if you really want to… here are a few ideas:

  1. add some smaller rock clusters
  2. add some broken trees / logs on the ground
  3. im not familiar with the game but i looked it up… and it looks like it has some abandoned cabins & seating areas… maybe add something like that, with overgrown forestry, dirty furniture, and dust particles inside to show its abandoned?
  4. you could make some of the forest look more overgrown, so it gives the illusion that the players are very isolated. like some moss or rotting on the bridge, and some grass added on top of the rocks, like here:

Thank you for the feedback! As for #3, i do plan to add cabins for the player to explore, in fact that is where they will encounter the first monster of the game!

Good j*b on this! Little nightmares is a really good game, I hope your game turns out well. i don’t think i can give more feedback though, maybe like some bushes?

The 2nd image is really good, you can get those vibes right there.
Good luck on your game.

(Thank you btw, anything helps.)

This forest build looks great! Good job on it! Since it is a horror game, it’s dark which is good, but maybe it should be a bit brighter wherever the player is at so everything is more visible.

Yeah i wil have some spotlights to guide the player or maybe even add a point light to the player to have a soft glow for them to see better, thank you for the feedback!
