What about a swampy area and the player have to navigate through the swamp and underneath the swamp there’s traps, the traps that are underneath would show a grayish shadow on top of the swamp to indicate that there’s a trap there.
You could also make the players walk speed slower as they progress through the swamp
Sorry if this idea don’t seem fitting it’s the only thing that popped up in my head.
Maybe a chase stage.
Basically the players run from something (for example a gorilla) while dodging and jumping over/on obstacles on the way to the end of the stage.
You can put this at the end of the obby as a action scene to wrap up the game.
